Analyzed 440 store locations in one of Jiffy Lube’s largest franchisee companies and identified key Hispanic markets and stores that had higher than average Hispanic population penetration. Goal was to increase Hispanic customer base and invoice transactions among Hispanics.

43 stores were identified in two key MSAs along with 4 individual Latino Opportunity Stores (LOS) used as single-store pilot tests. Overall results showed a 53% increase of Hispanic customers and an overall 10% total customer growth in the 43 stores.
